Delivery

We will despatch your item(s) in 24 hours except weekend or holiday after your payment is cleared. We could not handle any rush orders which require shipment less than 24 hours. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse department, so it needs time to complete in 1 day. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.

All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if there's any shipping damage.

Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.

If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

We can not hold responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for shipping delay.

We ONLY deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box.

 

Postage

We only ship to United Kindom now. We divide the area into three zones and the shipping varies. When you pay with Google Checkout, please choose the right shipping method accordingly. That enables us to delivery your goods on time. Please look at the following chart:

Warranty

2-year warranty for the frame of massage table and massage chair. 1 year for the rest parts of massage table and massage chair, and other products when there is no special notice on specific product page.


Return

We accept return only for manufacturing defect within 14 days from receipt of the item. We believe 14 days provides ample time for product inspection. For this kind of defect, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

After this 14-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.

If an item is returned 7 days later from receipt, postage will be at the buyer's expense.

If returning non-defective items, the buyer has to pay the shipping and handling fee and 20% of the item price as restocking fee. Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.

If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.

If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted.

Refunds are for the item amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).

Buyer will pay the return postage.

Please contact us before return anything. We will send a confirmation email to the buyer for the return.

Cancellation

A. As we usually deal with the orders in 24 hours (during business days), please contact us immediately if you determine to cancel an order. However, we do NOT guarantee that the order can be cancelled successfully. If the order has been despatched by our warehouse, we will take it as a Return order. Please check the Return section above.

B. If thers's something wrong with our warehouse or courier, or some other force majeure, we'll negotiate withour customers at once. We will either refund the order or delay the despatch.
